Art is my way of giving something to others and I have enjoyed creating in many forms and mediums from a young age.

I aim to uplift others through my artworks and currently I am focused upon photography and portraiture. Travel photography and pet portraits have been a theme that I have been exploring over the last few years with such delight and joy... it is an uplifting feeling to me to watch loved ones come forth onto a canvas, paper or photo and then to know that I have enhanced another through the love they feel for the works I have created.

"Dad"

This oil painting on canvas is of my father, a gift to my mother after he transitioned, yet also a gift to myself because when I painted it I was so overcome with a closeness to him again that it brought him nearer to me than ever .. the dimples, the mole, the lines on his face of his smile,  allowed me to get up close and personal in a way that we rarely get the opportunity to do with another. Someone that I loved dearly.. and still do, in a whole new way.
