Understanding the Law of Attraction
The Law of Attraction, like attracts like, and you get what you focus upon, wanted or not... it's vibrational, energetic living.
Applying the knowing that the Universal Law of Attraction does exist, and can massively influence the life that you lead, takes practice. It takes caring about how you feel, and it takes understanding; so who better to explore it with than the Teachers who made it a household name .. Abraham-Hicks!

For the rest of you, let's take this a bit further with the understanding of the benefits of an Abraham-Hicks workshop, from my own personal experiences and that of another, with whom I have been blessed to witness to. As they say, "words don't teach, only life experience teaches.." (Abraham-Hicks).
How to get involved
Once you get past the books and the YouTube clips, you are drawn to want to feel the energy of a live experience and participation can be done in a number of ways, with workshops offered across the world in-person on cruises and in hotel meeting rooms, and online, with Abraham Now. They range from a few hours to a number of days spent together. There are benefits in all options and adding a cruise to it gives a sense of relaxed, eager anticipation which opens you up to more hours of shared knowledge and better receptivity, plus the thrill of exploring new travel destinations and making some amazing friends.
The process involves a gathering of like-minded individuals who have questions on how to be more in tune with the Source that is within us all, who want to improve their life experiences and create their own realities. Each is wanting to be the best version of themself, uplift others, and learn how to replace unwanted thinking and action with inspired and joyous thoughts and actions, in short, to live a good feeling life and inspire others to the same through clarity of example.
The Hot Seat
There are all sorts of participants, from all walks of life, hundreds in some workshops and thousands in others, who gather together from all around the world; including the team from Abraham-Hicks Publications who put it all together, Esther, the not-so-departed Jerry, the Group of Consciousness known as Abraham, physical us and all of our Inner Beings. It's a very energetic gathering, and at the centre of it all is what is known as 'The Hot Seat', the place where we can sit to pose a question to this higher intelligence and receive an answer for the group to consider, a new perspective so to speak. Not everyone gets to sit in the Hot Seat, but every answer gets answered from the questions that do get asked. After-all, it's all about the movement of consciousness and energy and we are all in this together.
Ask .. and it is given!
Many questions are asked in the Hot Seat and they vary from ones about the concepts of the Laws of the Universe, to more practical ones about love, relationships, money, careers, trauma, death, sexuality, health and a general array of life experiences, nothing is off limits here so we bring it all. All those gathered certainly leave with a new found enthusiasm and a toolbox of processes to help in any given situation to bring about peace of mind, upliftment and, often, a change in circumstances.
Of my personal Hot Seat experiences I have been interested in the concepts of it all, the energetic side of life, exploring the idea of creating reality and how to embrace this more in my own life, to uplift others and to create deliberately and consistently with my new understanding about energy and consciousness. Among other things, I wanted to know the role of us asking the questions and why we have a Hot Seat at the gatherings; it's about focus, energy movement, becoming more whilst being aware of it, and the biggie for me, learning about unconditional love and to appreciate the perspective of our higher and broader Self, including our relationship to that other perspective. I wanted to know how to maintain a consistent alignment as my whole self, how to mind my vibrational gap and how to offer the teachings to others.
The rest, really, is up to me, because for all that they can tell us, until we put it into practice then it is just words and ideas. Time to go and live it ....
Once involved, you can never not know how it works, and then it is up to you to diligently apply the teachings to your life. I can't say that it is always easy to change from old belief patterns to new ones, but I can say that it is worth it. There are many ways to get this information, I have found this platform to be a very rewarding, practical and, most importantly, joyous experience.
So, let us together expand this into more and in my next blog, let me share with you an example from another Hot Seat participant and of her applying Abraham's answer to her life; it is one of my friend's own experience of the Hot Seat, her question around her career, and from it my experience of witnessing the resulting change in her life for the better, in a dramatic, yet pleasing, way.
