Before I write any more about my learnings and experiences with my understanding of the Law of Attraction and beyond, I want to mention one of the teachings that has inspired me to embrace this ancient awareness in a modern, easy, fun and easy to apply way. They are known as Abraham-Hicks, and yet, she's a woman! So what's it all about?

A pretty hefty claim, yet certainly a reasonable one.

Esther and Jerry Hicks have drawn forth a group of teachers of higher consciousness, referred to as Abraham, and they have inspired millions of us to rethink our lives and to apply the teachings in a way that brings wisdom, abundance, well-being, joy and love to our experiences. And they have done it through the attracting of those who want to understand the knowledge, with the purpose to explore the Law of Attraction further and how we can apply it to our lives and improve our realities. By no means are they the only ones teaching this, but they are the ones who made it a mainstream phrase and a safe environment, for those seeking knowledge, to explore within this arena.

The Law of Attraction is a Universal Law, so their claim is not to the creation of it, but to the catapulting of the understanding of it into a wider audience than ever before. They are not a religious group, yet it speaks of the same things that Jesus, Buddha and other religious teachers and Masters have wanted their students to understand. It's not a deity to worship, yet it is the managing Law of the Universe. It's not something we even need to know about, and most people won't, yet to know of it brings a non-changing principle to our lives, as consistent as 1+1 always equalling 2. Fair to say, it exists and it's worth you understanding it!

So how can you experience this, if you feel drawn to it?

I can only share my experiences and the journey I have been on, and I have had some fantastic unfolding through my playing with the Abraham-Hicks group. I have done cruises where we attend workshops whilst at sea and land-based seminars, where we get together with fellow students, for a few hours or over a couple of days, and we ask questions of this Higher Intelligence. To be honest, as they say, "we really only have one answer; Love!" (Abraham-Hicks). And yet, we have so many questions, so many different life experiences and so many different perspectives that we, piece by piece, put the puzzle together and raise our consciousness. And that is probably the key to it all, the raising of the energy that we all feel together in this environment, all with a common purpose, to be the best version of ourselves that we can be. In those moments we understand that we really are all in this together.

But it doesn't stop there; the most important part of it all, is to apply it to your life and watch your world transform.

The Law of Attraction; Like attracts Like. Everything being energy, consciousness, you are getting what you are putting out in frequency through the thoughts and emotions you consistently think and feel. So where is your focus and what are you emitting?

And most important of all, have fun with asking yourself, "who and what do you believe that you are?" It's worth the journey finding out!
