Do you think about what you think? Or wonder why you feel what you feel? You know, like you think about what clothes to wear or what food to eat. Do you find it interesting that you talk one way to this person, yet differently to another? Or laugh with one, yet gossip and bemoan with a certain other? You know what I’m saying, the cat, dog or toddler appears and your voice turns to the squeaky and cute and you hear yourself saying, “well aren’t you just the cutest little thing…,” yet these very same vocal chords can suddenly change to the deep, sighing and heavy “ohhhh-my-goddddd…” tone upon the arrival of a certain other that, well, just isn’t supposedly as cute to you. I started to think about this and apparently, the thought then also began to think! So now, I was intrigued. Why was I thinking this, or that? What were my thoughts thinking? It seems that it’s all about God and quantum physics, consciousness and energy.

Many a Master has been telling us, across the whole spectrum of the life and times of humanity, that we have within us the power to create worlds. From Buddha, Jesus and other religious figures, to Mahatma Gandhi, Florence Nightingale, Albert Einstein and Martin Luther King, on to our modern day teachers, who encourage us to be conscious of our thoughts and feelings because we are literally creating our own realities. So what does it all mean, that our ‘thoughts are creating reality’, that our ‘feelings are guiding us to the awareness of those thoughts’ and why would we ever create things that we don’t actually want? Creation, the Law of Attraction and freewill, seems such a big subject, yet, it’s really quite simple, it just takes focus, commitment and dedication to want to feel good. Dedication to choose a better feeling thought over a complaint, judgement or lack thought, and this isn’t always something we take responsibility for. Doesn’t it seem much easier to lazily observe things and keep the status quo or better still, to blame something outside of us when things are not quite as we wished.

It's easy to dismiss things as 'crazy talk' when it is new to us, but first, I challenge you to try it on for size. Follow your passions. Test it out and see how it works. This doesn't just apply to a select few and it also wasn't, more often than not, their habitual way of thinking, yet many a successful person has taken this onboard and tried it out to see if it was a fit for them, and they found that it was.

To regain your power of creation, you have to be honest with yourself and dedicated to your garden of thoughts .. weed out the weeds, keep the flowers and veggies. And nourish them.

Our modern day teachers are redefining what was once thought of as the realm of religion and the Bible, or any of the religious texts of history, and they are taking the same information and speaking it in words that our generation can understand and, more importantly, apply to our lives and they are doing it with the same tools that the Masters of old used, channeling, meditation and opening up to higher realms of consciousness. There is a wave of humanity speaking new understandings of the words that have been spoken down through the ages and it is being called the time of “Humanity’s Great Awakening,” where our consciousness is rising to a level that has not been seen before, a time in our history where many will come together and choose again, choose love over hate, joy over sadness, peace over chaos and the light over the dark. Old regimes of thoughts based upon division and separation are breaking down. In essence, it is the understanding that we are all One, we all come from One Source and you can call it God, you can call it Higher Self or Source, you can call it Universe or All-That-Is, naming it is a human trait where we have to call It something, but what you call It doesn’t matter, what you do with It, does.

This is where we all have to take responsibility now and release ourselves and future generations from past mis-thought. Wars are being fought over long held grudges of the need to be right, rather than loving, of thoughts that have been passed down from generation to generation because it is the expected thing to think. So, instead of saying, “oh, no, I can't change that .. I’ve believed such and such because my family have always believed it, my peers believed it, my teachers taught it to me at school, history said so, or, or, or …,” be open to hearing something in a new way and then applying it to your current life, try it out, ‘put on the new garment,’ watch how it works and have the experience of being the creator of your reality and watch the ripple effect that it has upon the world around you. After-all, it's all consciousness, energy and vibration.

Take responsibility for what you are filling your mind with, put the newspaper away, turn the TV news off, stop scrolling or looking for others who want to share their problems, stop sharing yours, instead, look for the best in them, put together lists of appreciation, get out and have some fun, spend a day in nature instead of in the office … whatever it takes, allow yourself to feel the good, surround yourself in goodness, pet your cat or your dog, or simply, just stop! And breathe! Yes, just simply surrender the fight to a higher power and breathe. Think the good and watch your life change for the better and then you have something to offer others, then you are an uplifter, not a down dragger. Have faith and you will be rewarded in ways that surprise and delight you.

'Truly, "thoughts are things," and powerful things at that, when they are mixed with definite of purpose, persistence and a burning desire for their translation into riches or other material objects.' Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill (1937).

Thinking from the heart, my friends, is how we bring peace to the world, that is how we enrich the lives of others and we start with our own thoughts. That is the power within that Jesus spoke of, "behold, the Kingdom of God is within you."(Luke17:21). Through the power of our attention and focus upon better feeling thoughts, the world, our reality, must change to match this new consciousness and energy. It’s spirituality. It’s quantum physics. It’s the Law of the Universe, the Law of Creation. God said, “Let there be light, and there was light,” (Genesis 1:3).

In truth, there is only love coming from our Source and we have the freewill to choose to align with that in each moment, or not. Embody the feeling of already having what you desire and sit in the stillness of it already existing, “For it is not in our fullness, but in our emptiness, that we become vessels for the Universal Power.”

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." (John 1:1). So now, Creator, think and speak life into existence, in love and in kindness. Now you have regained an understanding of your purpose for existing and the awareness of the love that created you and all that is around you .. and you are oh so very worthy of it all. Set out on the journey of Self discovery, you can only but attract to you all that you need ...
